I, the undersigned, do freely volunteer to allow Andrew Wommack Ministries, Inc. and/or Charis Bible Colleges, Inc. and/or the Ministry, to videotape, photograph, and/or audio record me. Any additional materials provided by me, including videotape, photos, home video, film, radio broadcast, audio tape or other visual or audio materials that might be provided by me for use in the various forms of communications used by Andrew Wommack Ministries, Inc. and/or Charis Bible Colleges, Inc. and/or the Ministry are included equally in this Release Agreement.
I understand that these materials may be edited and included in TV and radio broadcasts, as well as print publications and any other communications formats created for use by the ministry, and I likewise agree to these uses.
I agree that no money is to be paid to me for my participation, nor will any other form of compensation be accepted by me. I further agree to hold Andrew Wommack Ministries, Inc. and/or Charis Bible Colleges, Inc. and/or the Ministry harmless from all claims of compensation or damage or claims of any kind that might be made arising from the use of Andrew Wommack Ministries, Inc. and/or Charis Bible Colleges, Inc. and/or the Ministry, of the materials described above.
The duration of this legal release is retroactive and shall continue in perpetuity, or until such time as the parties mutually agree in writing to terminate such agreement.
