Charis Year 1 Distance Learning Refund Policy

All future installments will be cancelled and stopped. No refund will be given for any payments already made.
- For Upfront Full Payment

- Within 2 months of enrolment, the student will get a full refund minus the number of courses with the test taken.
For example, a student paid HKD 21,000 and did 3 tests. $21,000 divides by the total number of courses is $500 per course*. Refund amount will be $21,000 minus ($500 x 3 tests) which is $19,500.
*Calculations may differ depending on the total number of courses the student is enrolled in.

- After 2 months from enrolment and up to a maximum of 4 months, the student will receive a 50% refund, minus any courses completed.
For example, a student paid HKD 21,000 and did 3 tests. 50% of the tuition is $21,000 x 50%, which equals $10,500. $21,000 divides by the total number of courses is $500 per course*. Refund amount will be $10,500 minus ($500 x 3 tests) which is $9,000.
*Calculations may differ depending on the total number of courses the student is enrolled in.

- After 4 months of enrolment, no refunds will be issued.
Charis Year 1 Full Time Hybrid Program Refund Policy
- Students who withdraw or are dismissed may receive a refund for uncompleted courses at the time of the student’s withdrawal or dismissal. A course is considered complete after the test due date. For instance, if the class has completed 8 courses, and there are 24 uncompleted courses, then the student would receive a 75% refund.
